Multi Format Video to USB HD Capture Box is designed to convert a standard video signal to USB High Definition signal for recording using PC based software. Record your video into PC file formats of H.264 / MPEG4-AVC standards. Fully compatible with PAL and NTSC video formats, the Multi Format Video to USB HD Capture Box is ideal for converting SD video to a HD resolution for recording.
The Multi Format Video to USB HD Capture Box is compatible with Windows operating platforms 2K SP4, XP Home, XP Professional 32bits SP2, Vista 32bits, Win7 32bits and Win8. Accepted input video signals are PAL and NTSC SD Composite video and S-video formats, HDMI and Component HD 19201080i/p@50/60Hz and 1280720i/p@50/60Hz, plus SD 720576i/p@50/60Hz and 720480i/p@50/60Hz. Video and audio recording are done using codec standard H.264/MPEG4-Advanced Video Coding (AVC) compression, a common Blu-Ray Disc standard and Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) with 48kHz audio sampling rate.
Small and compact design with clearly labelled interface ports and power LED, the Multi Format Video to USB HD Capture Box casing is made from lightweight black aluminium. Power is supplied from the +5vDC USB PC bus power supply, no external power unit is required. A CV/SV/Component Interface Cable set is supplied to connect source video equipment via the MMI port of the Multi Format Video to USB HD Capture Box. HDMI input is by standard HDMI Male TypeA cable.
