If your bill to and ship to addresses are the same, please leave as the default "use above details for shipping". However if you would like the goods sent to different warehouse please fill in the new shipping address.

Please note :

• We can ship to multiple addresses - you can make and adjust ship to templates in your "My Account" section once you are logged in.
• Many Couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses, so it will take longer to process your order if PO Box address is entered.

We currently use various couriers for shipping. Depending on the country, different couriers will offer better rates. Please choose from;

Lowest Freight Cost: this offers no tracking number, and normally the longest transit time, but with the lowest freight cost.

Lowest Freight Costs with tracking: you are able to track the status online for this shipment and receive exact delivery dates.

If you have your own courier (Fedex, DHL, etc.) please enter your details including the account number. Please make sure you have an international account. When using your account you can also choose to accept courier's insurance.

These instructions will always be a default setting for all your orders. Some examples include;

• "always choose International Economy" service on our Fedex Account
• do not send invoice with goods
• delivery after 10am

Default Currency
Arcooda only issues invoices in USD or AUD (with GST tax), however, we can offer approximate costs in your currency (please mouse over the ($) icon near the sell price to view the approximate price in your currency).
