We have recently received stock of one of our newest High Definition Video Scalers – the High Definition Scaler with Instant HQV (Hollywood Quality Video). The unit uses the industry leading HQV Realta Video Processor to decode video content for optimal video quality. It achieves the most detailed HD images possible by utilizing features such as true 1080i-to-1080p HD deinterlacing, and a sophisticated multidirectional diagonal filter that ensures video free from jagged edges. The unit also does an incredible job of making SD material approach HD quality by employing advanced scaling, per-pixel detail enhancement, and noise reduction technology that removes noise and artifacts caused by compression.

The High Definition Scaler with Instant HQV (Hollywood Quality Video) offers an extensive set of selectable input and output ports. This includes dual HDMI 1.3 input ports, component, S-video and composite input ports, as well as an HDMI 1.3 output port and additional component output port for easy connection to any digital television.

The unit can output content at a large range of different resolutions, and will upscale content as well. You can select to output content at 480p, 576p, 720p @60Hz, 720p @ 50hz, 1080i@60Hz, 1080i@50Hz, 1080p@60Hz, 1080p@50Hz, 1080p@24Hz, VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA, UXGA, WXGA, WSXGA, or WUXGA.
