Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box
Digital Video Wall Control Processor Boxes allow a video display wall to be constructed using any 1 of 6 video display wall combinations utilising up to 25 HDMI screens. Ideal to use to make small (2x2) or large (5x5) screen combinations for watching movies and TV programs, playing or watching video games, or for general display of advertising material and information. Easy to instal and simple to operate, input a PC VGA or HDMI source signal and upscale to Digital HDMI 720p or 1080p display resolution for top quality image reproduction.
Using the Digital Video Wall Control Processor Boxes for a video display wall allows for any combination of 2x2, 3x2, 3x3, 4x3, 4x4 and 5x5 HDMI monitors to be used. An HDMI or VGA splitter box is required to split and connect the source video signal to each Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box. The source VGA or HDMI video signal is fed into the splitter box and then each splitter output is connected to a Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box by either VGA or HDMI cable (source VGAin=VGAout; source HDMIin=HDMIout)).
The source video signal can be from a PC with VGA~SXGA resolution or from a DVD or Blu-Ray player with HDMI 480p~1080p resolution. The output of the Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box is HDMI 720p or 1080p resolution. When source video signal is PC VGA, then the signal is automatically converted and upscaled to HDMI 720p/1080p.
Digital and Analog audio is handled either internally using HDMI signalling protocol (for a full digital HDMI source system), or externally where a VGA analog audio source must be connected individually to the Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box. An output L & R Analog audio connection is available from each Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box and can be connected to an external Home Theatre sound system.
Setting up of the Digital Video Wall Control Processor Boxes configuration parameters is done in 2 ways, either by hand-held remote control or by RS232 signalling from a PC/NB device. Command action is instantaneous for all attached devices. Each Digital Video Wall Control Processor Box has an IR 'blaster' to receive remote signals and RS232 protocol inter-connect cabling is required for PC/NB control tools.
