Perfect for home theatre integration, our latest HDMI-Video-PC to HDMI Switcher is a high-end product which is designed to convert analog and digital signals to HDMI 1.3 output. The unit has an incredible range of input options - HDMI, PC, Composite, Component and S-Video - allowing you to connect many devices such as DVD Players, Game consoles, VCR players, Blu-Ray players, Set Top box and more. You can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously, and are able to switch between them for use on your connected display.
The unit supports a wide range of input resolutions and will convert and output content up to high definition 1080p. Output resolution is equal to the input resolution. This feature means that you could connect a standard definition device such as a VCR via composite cable to the Converter, which will then convert content and output via HDMI to your connected display at equal resolution, from 480p/i to 1080p/i. This means that standard definition content will display better on your high definition screen than it would have otherwise.
Inputs available include 2 x Composite Video, 2 x S Video, 2 x Component Video, 3 x HDMI, and 1 x PC. The range of inputs means for example that you could connect your old VCR player and the latest Blu-Ray player to your display at the same time, and are easily able to switch between them for use on the connected display, making it a great way to integrate both old and new devices into your home theatre setup. Supported PC and HDTV resolutions are from VGA to SXGA@60Hz and 480/pi to 1080p/i.
