The HDMI v1.3 4 In 2 Out Switcher with Audio provides an excellent solution for connecting multiple HDMI devices and displays together. Four Left/Right audio inputs are available, giving you greater flexibility for audio input.

This allows you to input the audio via the L/R connection, and output via HDMI. You can easily switch between whether you would like the audio carried externally (L/R) or internally (with the connected HDMI) for the selected Input.

The main use for this unit is as a HDMI switcher box, where you can connect up to four HDMI devices (eg. Set-Top Box, Game Console, DVD Player) to one HDMI display device, allowing you to easily switch between your devices. Another use is to use the unit more as a HDMI Splitter, where for example you could connect a Blu-Ray player to the unit via HDMI, with the matrix box able to duplicate the HDMI signal received into two separate and identical High Definition signal outputs. This results in identical High Definition digital video and audio reproduction on both of the connected HDTV displays.

The device can transfer Deep Colour video and bit stream digital audio with maximum performance, and it supports HDMI 1.3, HDCP 1.1 and DVI 1.0. It can be controlled via buttons on the front of the unit or via the included remote control, making for easy and simple operation for display of your selected video devices.
